Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in The Villages, FL, is seeking an Inbound Contacts Representative to provide friendly patient service, handle inbound calls, and support scheduling, prescriptions, and portal inquiries.

You will work under a Patient Support Supervisor, meet SLAs, and use EMR systems to document interactions and outcomes, ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality support for patients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer/patient service experience.
• Experience in a medical office or high-volume call center.
• Experience using EMR software applications.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and return calls to patients needing support.
• Confirm and/or reschedule appointments and relay messages for prescriptions and tests.
• Assist with directions, portal questions, and patient inquiries.
• Log patient interactions in the EMR and report outcomes with wrap-up codes.
• Meet performance goals for call volume, time, and quality standards.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient information.
