Job summary

Interwell Health is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Member Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and providers. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and connect callers with subject matter experts for complex needs, aiming for first-call resolutions.

Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM Central Time, with a patient-centric approach and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or administrative support.
• Healthcare or inbound contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Field referrals, consent forms, or general inquiries to the support inbox/SharePoint.
• Provide high-quality service and ensure caller needs are met from start to finish.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and active listening to understand needs.
