The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, design workflow improvements, and help build scalable partner infrastructure. A strong focus on operational excellence and relationship building is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, or operations in an early-stage startup.
• Experience managing multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Evvy’s clinic and practitioner partners.
• Proactively identify friction points and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
• Support the commercial team in building scalable systems and processes as Evvy grows.
