You will handle intake and clinical rooming, verify medications and allergies, manage the EMR inbox, and use loop-back techniques to confirm patient understanding.

Qualifications

• HIPAA & Safety policies are followed to protect privacy.
• Infection prevention and OSHA standards applied.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Intake and clinical rooming, including vitals, history, and screening.
• Inbox and worklist management using EMR routing for messages, lab results, and med adherence.
• Education and loop-back to ensure patient understanding of next steps.
• Assist doctors to focus on medical decisions by handling non-clinical tasks.
