The ACE supports prescribers, patients, and field agents across an assigned territory, identifying assistance programs and guiding next steps to achieve successful outcomes. The role handles inbound calls, aims for one-call resolution, and manages reimbursement and claims for Medicare and commercial plans.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in medical reimbursement or customer service.
• Experience submitting billing data and processing Medicare and commercial claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication with providers, patients, and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for questions from prescribers, patients, and field agents by territory.
• Identify applicable programs and facilitate next steps for patients.
• Holistically communicate statuses of all patient support activities.
• Coordinate with Assist resources to secure outcomes for active patients.
• Handle inbound calls and provide one-call resolution where possible.
• Ensure insurance protections and manage reimbursement processes.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events and safety information.
