US Fertility is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Trainer to join our hybrid team and lead onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for PSRs across regional offices. The role emphasizes building standardized programs, updating SOPs, and ensuring readiness for independent performance.

You will design materials, conduct sessions (in-person and virtual), and evaluate effectiveness while collaborating with leadership on performance reviews and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, patient services, customer service, training, or coaching.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with NextGen required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to offices for on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and role-specific orientation for new PSRs, evaluating and ensuring readiness for independent role performance.
• Design, deliver, and continually improve structured training programs for new and existing staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and competency checklists; update content for workflows and system changes.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions across offices and regions to ensure consistency.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance trends; identify gaps and propose improvements to leadership.
• Partner with leadership to support performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Lead special projects related to system enhancements, workflow optimization, or training standardization.
• Travel to offices for on-site training and operational support.
