Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Trainer to join our hybrid team at Shady Grove Fertility. This role focuses on leading onboarding, developing structured training programs, and delivering trainings across multiple offices.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to weekend-shift locations. The ideal candidate will design and maintain training materials, SOPs, and competency checklists, ensuring content reflects workflows and system updates.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Patient Services Trainer to join our hybrid team at Shady Grove Fertility.

• Schedule:Every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This position will travel as needed to SGF offices that are open on weekends in your region. Mileage reimbursement available.

In this role, the Patient Services Trainerwill:

• Lead onboarding and role specific orientation for new PSRs, evaluating and ensuring readiness for independent role performance
• Design delivers, and continuously improves structured training programs for new and existing staff
• Develop and maintains all training materials, SOPs, competency checklists, and reference tools; regularly updates content to reflect changes in workflows, policies, and system enhancements
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions across offices and regions to support consistency and adoption of workflows
• Evaluate training effectiveness and staff performance trends to identify gaps and recommend improvements to leadership
