Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, TX seeks a Patient Service Technician at levels I-II to support phlebotomy and clinic testing under supervision. The role includes venipuncture, specimen handling, and basic data entry to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a recognized phlebotomy program or related experience, and BLS or the ability to obtain within 30 days. Positions may be on-site at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Program or 1+ year experience.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with computers and Windows software.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric and adult venipunctures and specimen collection.
• Conduct CLIA waived testing per procedures and record results.
• Maintain accurate lab records for inspections and audits.
• Operate and maintain lab instruments and safety practices.
