Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree with 3-6 years of experience is acceptable.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
  • Phlebotomist training/certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise 20-25 Patient Service Technicians' activities.
  • Daily travel within the Metro-Phoenix area.
  • Ensure operations of Patient Service Centers follow established policies.

Job Description
  • Supervise the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures.
  • Daily travel within the Metro-Phoenix area to visit client offices and Patient Service Centers
  • Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills.
  • Operate a personal computer
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred w/2-3 years of experience in related field
  • Associate’s Degree with 3-6 years of experience is acceptable
  • Requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record
  • Must have a phlebotomist training/certification
