Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Wayne, PA, seeks a Patient Services Coordinator Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Patient Services team and ensure excellent patient care. The role involves training staff, coaching, and maintaining workflows across multiple offices.

You will collaborate with the Patient Services Manager, supervise staff, and participate in scheduling and performance improvement to support seven-day operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years practical experience in a related field.
• Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience – preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Onboards and trains new hires in all aspects of Patient Services.
• Ensures understanding and consistency in key departmental areas such as policies, procedures, and patient care.
• Observes employee and patient interactions to provide coaching, guidance, and support.
• Frequently visits satellite offices to provide face-to-face support.
• Develops and continuously evaluates training curriculum to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity.
• Ensures reconciliation reports are run and completed daily; monitors patient financial information and charges.
• Establishes best practices in reviewing errors and remediation suggestions.
• Collaborates with the Patient Services Assistant Manager to ensure coverage across offices seven days a week.
• Performs hands-on Patient Services tasks as needed due to absenteeism or high volume.
