Everleap Fertility in Wayne, PA is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator Supervisor to assist the Patient Services Manager with daily operations and staff development. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, in Wayne, PA.

The supervisor will train and develop patient services staff, ensure policy compliance, and support department workflow to provide exceptional patient care. Occasional travel to satellite offices is expected.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a patient services or administrative team is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboards and trains new hires in patient services.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
• Coaches staff and provides feedback to optimize performance.
• Travel to satellite offices to provide on-site support.
• Develops and updates training curricula for safety and productivity.
• Oversees daily reconciliation and patient financial records.
• Collaborates to ensure staffing coverage seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Provides hands-on coverage when needed.
