Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• EMT or Emergency Call Center experience preferred.
• Friendly and Outgoing.
• Able to smile during customer interactions.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain VPNE uniform guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to organize cars efficiently.
• Ability to move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures team members and guests are safe at all times.
• Oversees vehicle handling and safety within the garage.
• Oversees the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Delivers exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests.
• Sets a positive tone in the workplace and maintains upbeat attitude.
• Encourages professional and respectful language among staff.
• Communicates shift plans to colleagues at end of shift.
• Upholds VPNE uniform standards and professional appearance.
• Monitors workspace to keep it organized and clean.
