Job summary

VPNE is hiring a Supervisor to lead the garage operation with enthusiastic team members and deliver excellent guest service. You will ensure safety, oversee vehicle tracking, and maintain organization while upholding VPNE’s standards.

The role requires entry-level supervisory experience, strong English communication, and an upbeat, customer-focused attitude. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check and driving test.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing.
• Able to smile during customer interactions.
• Upbeat personality and strong work ethic.
• Maintain uniform standards on premises.
• Be able to pass a driving test and operate vehicles safely.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of team members and guests at all times.
• Oversees the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests.
• Maintain garage organization and professional appearance.
• Set a positive workplace tone and upbeat environment.
• Communicate shift plans to teammates at shift end.
• Enforce VPNE uniform guidelines and professional conduct.
