You will coordinate scheduling of surgical procedures and assist leadership in daily facility operations, following all policies and procedures.

Key duties include handling admissions, maintaining medical records, and ensuring clear communication across departments.

• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of surgical procedures and assist leadership in daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling/admitting activities and promote facility-wide communication.
• Maintain facility medical records per guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
• Handle high volumes of incoming calls and accurate message taking.
• Ensure adherence to policies and provide excellent patient service.
