• Answer telephones, screen calls, and provide information to the appropriate source.
• Enter patient data into the EHR system.
• Direct and escort patients to physician offices.
• Assist patients with wheelchairs as needed.
• Monitor the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Work urgent care hours if required.
