Axia Women's Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative I at Oceanside OBGYN in New Jersey. Coverage flexibility is expected across Somers Point, Cape May Court House, May's Landing, and Galloway.

The role serves as the first and last contact for patients, handling scheduling, registrations, and front-desk duties with a focus on quality, compassion, and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Receptionist/Patient Service Representative experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Escort patients to the exam room when needed.
• Route phone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
• Collect copayments and verify patient insurance eligibility.
• Assist with scheduling and follow-up visits.
• Document patient encounters accurately and support daily workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow SOPs, HIPAA and OSHA policies, and participate in quality initiatives.
