Balance-Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support our Las Vegas area offices by answering a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and practices.

You will document messages, update contact details, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff while using patient records systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Professional communication and patient-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in fast paced scheduling or call center.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred - but willing to train the right individual.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers a high volume of calls and schedules appointments for all patients with a high degree of accuracy
• Communicates clearly on the phone and accurately documents and assigns messages
• Confirms and updates contact information for all patients at every contact
• Makes follow-up calls for any messages left
• Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately
• Delivers all communications with excellent customer service
• Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions
• Routes calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution
