You will manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, payments, data collection, and verify insurance eligibility, offering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced health care setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills, working with a diverse, low-income population, and supporting a team dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of customer service, administrative support and/or office experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite; EPIC EMR is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a low-income, diverse population dealing with behavioral and physical health issues.
