Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative support, preferably in healthcare.
• Computer skills; MS Office experience; EPIC EMR a plus.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with a low-income, diverse population with health needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and check-in patients.
• Handle payments and collect data; verify insurance eligibility.
• Guide patients and visitors; perform general administrative duties.
