Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient appointments with center management to minimize cancellations and support treatment adherence.
• Registers patient information with signatures and accurate data in the EMR.
• Verifies patient insurance and obtains required authorizations before visits; explains benefits and responsibilities.
• Collects patient payments and explains financial responsibilities at visits.
• Scans and maintains medical documents; handles mail and supplies.
• Ensures clean claim processing by posting charges and coordinating reporting.
