INTEGRIS Health in Edmond, OK is seeking a Patient Services Representative to handle patient calls, scheduling, and basic medical record scanning. You will verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure accurate demographics in the practice management system.

This role requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, with preferred clerical exposure and the ability to manage high call volumes with professional telephone etiquette.

Formación

• 6 months customer service experience.
• IMG Float Pool requires Oklahoma Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and dispatch incoming phone calls.
• Collect copays and deductibles; arrange payments.
• Check in/out duties; schedule visits; inform clinicians of emergencies.
• Verify insurance eligibility and enter demographics into the system.
• Take clear messages with patient identifiers; route to staff.
• Manage high call volume with professional etiquette; organize workflow.
