Balance Health is seeking a Full-Time Patient Services Representative for our Cheyenne clinic. You will greet patients, check in, collect insurance information and open balances, schedule appointments, and assist with checkout. The role may include other office duties as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills; healthcare experience is preferred, with a willingness to train the right candidate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred — but willing to train the right individual.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment.
• Patient-focused with the ability to work independently.
• Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients.
• Check in patients and assist with concerns as they arise.
• Collect information including insurance overview, co-pay, deductible and open balances.
• Assist with checkout process.
• Other tasks as assigned.
