Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out patients with professionalism.
• Review schedules and prepare for visits, coordinating follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups as needed.
• Answer routine questions in person or by phone with courtesy.
• Handle clerical tasks like copying, scanning and mail.
• Maintain and organize patient health records.
• Coordinate with insurers for pre-authorizations.
