TidalHealth in Ocean View, Delaware, seeks a Patient Service Representative to support a physician office with clerical tasks, patient registration, greeting, and maintaining financial information under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of clerical experience, familiarity with healthcare settings and medical terminology, and comfort with Microsoft Office and practice management systems. We offer a robust benefits package and a regular Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the physician office, coordinate communications, register and greet patients, and maintain financial information.
• Work under the direct supervision of the office supervisor.
