Balance Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to welcome patients, manage check-in and scheduling, and assist with the checkout process at our La Mesa clinic. The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a patient-centered approach within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The PSR will gather insurance information, explain co-pays and balances, and perform related office duties as needed. Monday through Friday schedule applies in our California location.
