Responsibilities

• Maintains strictest confidentiality.
• Greets patients in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
• Check-in patients and verify demographic and insurance data.
• Register new patients in the computer system.
• Answer telephone, screen calls and take messages.
• Maintain neat reception and work areas.
• Report problems to the Practice Manager and assist in solving them.
• Attend educational and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Determine daily balance of charges and receipts as assigned.
