Asante in Oregon seeks a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support clinics in Grants Pass and Medford. Under supervision, the PSR greets patients, manages calls, schedules, registers patients, collects copays, and handles charge entry and cash.

This role offers two levels (PSR1 and PSR2) with starting wages of 16.99–23.38 and 18.09–24.88 per hour, depending on experience. This position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous clerical, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant front-desk customer-related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing patients and visitors.
• Telephone management and scheduling/registration.
• Copay collections and time-of-service account management.
• Charge entry and appropriate cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure provider schedules are populated and patient satisfaction is maintained.
