Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in business, healthcare, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or related sales and customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments per established protocols.
• Register patients with accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Identify reason for calls and provide appropriate resolution.
• Direct calls to other departments as needed.
