Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all activity related to patient services including scheduling and insurance verification.
• Collect payments from patients and maintain statistical log sheets for follow-ups.
• Communicate with OSS staff to resolve patient matters and perform daily operational tasks.

Skills

Knowledge of insurance and the verification process

Knowledge of computer programs

Education

High School graduation or equivalent

Three years of experience in an appropriately related position
