Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and guide them within the clinic.
• Explain scheduling changes and assist with day-of changes.
• Assist patients with locating destinations and coordinate transportation if needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and guidelines and conduct end-of-day reconciliations.
• Verify and collect patient demographics; assist with MyChart enrollment and co-pay collection.
• Coordinate updating insurance information and complete Medicare questionnaires when applicable.
• Assist with referrals, pre-visit planning, scheduling, and medical record management.
