Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and answer questions; coordinate scheduling changes and directions.
• Coordinate transportation for patients when needed and ensure lobby coverage.
• Answer phones and direct calls; adhere to HIPAA policies and guidelines.
• Perform pre-registration: verify benefits, obtain authorizations when needed.
• Assist patients with registration data and MyChart enrollment; collect co-pays.
• Coordinate updates to insurance information and assist with billing and referrals.
