Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representative Float, providing coverage at various Salt Lake Valley locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided; the home clinic will be the West Valley/Fairbourne location.

The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and service. You will be the first contact for patients, working closely with physicians, clinical teams, and support staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of office reception experience required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a courteous, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments according to established procedures.
• Communicate professionally with physicians, clinic staff, and patients regarding scheduling and needs.
• Accurately collect and record demographic information for contact and insurance processing.
