You will manage front-office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and support the clinic workflow in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, with 1+ year of medical office experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Warm welcome to patients and visitors with a positive attitude
• Manage front-office documentation for patients and business
• Verify insurance benefits and explain payment policies
• Collect patient payments and maintain financial accountability
• Support practice manager and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance in documentation and processes
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed
