The role requires 1+ year in a medical setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and EMR experience (EPIC preferred). Full-time shifts include days with weekend rotation at the Roswell location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Medical Administrative Assistant certificate a plus.
• Experience: 1+ year in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Technical: EMR software experience, EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Handle front-office operations, administrative tasks, and scheduling support.
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate billing policies to patients.
• Collect and document patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support clinic workflow and travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance in documentation and processes.
