Pinnacle Fertility in Downtown Portland, OR, seeks a Patient Services Representative to welcome patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff. This full-time, onsite role operates Monday through Friday with rotating shifts (6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) including holiday rotation.

You will maintain patient records, process billing, collect copays, and ensure a welcoming front desk.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or front desk role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to handle fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and check in patients, verify personal and insurance information, and direct them to departments.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and support clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records, process billing information, and collect copays.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.
