Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative (Finance) to support patient registration, verify insurance details, and proficiently schedule in the EHR. You will greet patients, collect copays, and ensure data accuracy while upholding patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year office, customer service, or related experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance information in the EHR.
• Accurately schedule appointments and manage clinician calendars.
• Collect copays and communicate financial responsibilities to patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide administrative support such as scanning, mailing, and faxing.
• Demonstrate efficient multitasking and strong organization in a clinical setting.
