Qualifications

• 1 year of office, customer service, or related experience required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid preferred.
• Experience with an EHR system required; EPIC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and complete required data in the EHR.
• Verify and update patient insurance coverages.
• Answer phone calls and greet patients and families.
• Assist patients with scheduling and provide administrative support.
