Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative experience in a busy, customer‑focussed medical environment.
• Ability to manage urgent matters and time-critical medical appointments.
• Strong organization and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of patient billing systems and related funding mechanisms.
• Experience with clinical administration systems and MS Office.
• Collaborative approach with the wider admin team; flexible and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level patient service and respond to queries while protecting privacy.
• Schedule physician appointments and manage patient records before and after visits.
• Assist with billing inquiries and insurance questions as needed.
• Maintain the waiting area and patient/employee spaces to ensure a professional environment.
• Support physicians and internal customers, coordinating across teams as required.
