Job summary

iHealth’s Maple Grove fertility clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative to register patients, collect payments, verify insurance, and schedule visits in the practice management system. This full-time role includes weekday hours with occasional Saturday clinic coverage in Maple Grove.

The position reports to the i-Health network and offers a comprehensive benefits package, a $750 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments
• Chart preparation and management
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff
