Job summary

Responsibilities

• Discuss service pricing, payment options, and financing in a clear, professional way.
• Coordinate appointments, manage provider schedules, and ensure patients are prepared for visits.
• Prepare patient documentation, treatment estimates, consent forms, and financial agreements with accuracy.
• Verify insurance information, process payments, and maintain patient/financial records.
• Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent information and service.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients through care options.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and overall patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead confident conversations. Discuss service pricing, payment options, and available financing solutions in a clear, comfortable, and professional manner.
• Keep the patient experience seamless. Coordinate appointments, manage provider schedules, and ensure patients are prepared for their visits.
• Own the details. Prepare patient documentation, treatment estimates, consent forms, and financial agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage patient accounts. Verify insurance information, process payments, and maintain accurate patient and financial records.
• Connect the dots. Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients receive consistent information and exceptional service.
• Help patients move forward. Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients through their available care options.
• Find ways to make things better. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and the overall patient experience.
