Trillion Health & Hormone is seeking a Medical Assistant / Medication Aide for our Omaha, NE clinic to join an in-person team dedicated to women's health. You will welcome patients, document vital signs, assist with procedures, manage front-office tasks when needed, and help ensure a welcoming, organized environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Medication Aide or Medical Assistant certification, has phlebotomy experience, and is proficient with EHR systems (AdvancedMD preferred).

Qualifikationen

• Active Medication Aide certification or Medical Assistant certification or related education.
• Experience performing blood draws (phlebotomy).
• Experience with EHR systems; AdvancedMD experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to explain medications and treatments.

What You'll Do

• Care for patients: Welcome patients, answer questions, help them feel comfortable, and support them throughout their visit.
• Support clinical care: Obtain and document vital signs, draw blood for laboratory testing, administer medications within your authorized scope, and document patient information accurately.
• Keep the day moving: Help maintain clinic flow, anticipate needs, and support providers in delivering timely, attentive care.
• Educate and inform: Help patients understand treatments, medications, procedures, and products clearly and professionally.
• Be a team player: Collaborate with clinical and central communications teams and step in to assist with front-office responsibilities when needed.
• Take pride in your environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace while following applicable health and safety procedures.
• Help finish strong: Assist with patient discharge and clinic closing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Aide certification or Medical Assistant certification or education.
• Experience performing blood draws (phlebotomy).

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain medications, treatments, and products clearly to patients.
