Bookmark Medical in Mount Juliet, TN seeks a full-time clinic front desk associate to greet patients, manage check-ins, calls, and inquiries, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

You will schedule appointments, handle referrals and copays, assist with insurance verifications, and maintain accurate EHR data (Athena or eCW). We value teamwork, clear communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
• EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred).

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Schedule will consist of four 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends - no Saturday or Sunday shifts
