Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Northville, MI is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to provide a smooth, patient-centered front desk experience, greet patients, handle calls, schedule, and support with insurance verifications.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, use Athena or eCW EHR, and contribute to accurate records and positive patient interactions. Benefits include coverage and 401k options.
