Job summary

Bookmark Medical's West Wilson Family Practice in Mt. Juliet, TN seeks a full-time front desk administrative professional for Monday–Friday, four 10-hour shifts, with no weekend work. You will welcome patients, check in, manage calls, schedule appointments, and handle referrals and copays.

Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Schedule will consist of four 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts
