Job summary

Bookmark Medical in White House, TN is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to provide a smooth, patient‑centered experience at the front desk. Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (4 x 10 Hour Shifts)
• 10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break
• Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts

What you’ll do

You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by:

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
