Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and prep notes.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare new patient charts.
• Handle check-in/out, collect co-payments, and post charges.
• Coordinate labs and procedures; manage referrals and scheduling.
• Answer phones and relay messages to staff.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Audit and batch charge postings in Maestro Care.
