Responsibilities

• Front office registration: collect demographics, input insurance, verify benefits, and obtain ER consent signatures.

• Maintain and file patient records for required retention per DSHS.
• Provide medical records to other providers upon authorization to release information.
• Log payments and cash receipts using Square; maintain the cash drawer.
• Maintain billing records for payments and payer information.
