Job summary

Ally Medical is seeking a Patient Service Representative to assist patients with services, explain policies, and support health care decisions. You will verify insurance, collect payment at time of service, and maintain a professional appearance.

In this front-office role, you will register patients, input demographics and insurance data, enter records in the EHR, and handle billing logs. CPR/BLS certification and at least one year of clerical experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides front office registration duties: collect patient info, input insurance, verify benefits, obtain ER consent forms signatures.

• Maintain and file patient records for required retention periods.
• Provide medical records to other providers upon authorization to release information signed by patient.
