Job description:
Patient Service Specialists are responsible for coordinating information and support to ensure smooth patient flow at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you will provide customer service, assisting patients with check-in, registration, billing/financial aid, and insurance processes. They collaborate with clinical teams to support scheduling and clinic operations.
