Job summary

Fairview Orthotics & Prosthetics - St. Paul is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) to create a positive patient experience. The PSC schedules appointments, greets patients, and supports the department with clerical tasks in a collaborative health care setting.

Working Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm, you will interact with patients, families, and staff, managing calls, messages, and documentation while ensuring a welcoming, organized reception area and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Clerical, scheduling, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments and update schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and handle mail and faxes.
• Check-in/check-out procedures and maintain a welcoming reception area.
